位置非常好，去哪都方便，房間很安全，安靜，價格也合適，性價比高，就是床單被套有汙漬，總體來説還是不錯的

Residence yang strategis lokasinya bisa jalan kaki ke bukit bintang melalui jalan alor, dekat pula dengan terminal pudu, dan ada fasilitas minimarket serta resto dibagian bawah, recommended👍🏻

The room is clean and spacious although the 3rd bed is just stuck in a corner without a window next to the kitchen, with just a curtain to separate it. Problems started at check in, I had contacted the hotel about how to get in and they told me to write over WhatsApp. Only to write with an automated response chat, no real person answering the question I had. After maybe 30 minutes of waiting outside someone else finally contacted me and said the room was still not ready at almost 6pm. Mind you check in starts at 3pm. So we wait another 20 minutes before we can finally come in. Then we notice there is no internet, so we try contacting the hotel again. Since there is no reception it is very hard to get any sort of contact. The calls to the hotel number were ignored completely throughout the entire stay. Although the first time I ever called someone did pick up, so the number was working, just after we checked in nobody ever picked up again. The second contact we got hardly replies after many hours and is not able to help. The next day the issue is apparently fixed in the afternoon, but coming home we see that there is still no internet. We try to get in touch with them again, but to no avail, no one is picking up or answering. The reception is not the greatest either, so you won’t even be able to use mobile data at times.

View bandar kuala lumpur , kekemasan rumah baik. Cuma takde washer machine. Tv function (ada netflix). Recommended tempat ini. Cuma pantau anak bila melepak dkat balkoni. Easy to deal with them. Terbaikkkkkkk 📍👍🏻

Supposed to be a two bedroom suite with private bathroom but second bedroom is a kitchen or store room converted to bedroom with just a double bed and curtain drawn across as door dividing the hall and kitchen. No dressing table, cupboard, wash basin, bathroom or toilet for second bedroom. Had to go to the first bedroom for shower and toilet. Two mugs provided only for 6 person. When ask for more cups, they told us, such amenities are not provided. Had to pay rm200 deposit before check in which was not mentioned before during booking. Deposit are only refundable after 14 days

Lokasinya tenang, strategis, hanya cukup berjalannkaki saja ke jalan alor, 10 menit menuju pvilion, vies dari kamar very amazing.

We arrived the homestay around 3pm and had been informed the host the arrival time earlier before that’s but when we managed to check in they informed us the home stay is occupied before and we still need to wait for them to do cleaning , and we had no choice and force to wait till 4pm for checking in to the stay. Secondly is when we managed to go in to the house the password is not valid. It was a horrible and terrible experience for me.
